For over 70 years, Transland has led the ag aviation industry in manufacturing booms. We’ve developed booms for Air Tractor, Thrush, Cessna, Piper Pawnee, and Embraer. Transland manufactures a variety of standard booms made from 316 stainless steel tubing or high-quality aluminum extrusion for various aircraft.

Transland’s patent-pending weldless stainless steel booms eliminate the need for welding at the outlets. This innovative process maintains the steel’s strength and durability and removes the crack initiation points, which helps prevent the cracking of the boom. In addition, all our booms come standard with a bleed back tube built inside the boom. Any air bubbles that would trap liquid inside the boom can be released quickly and easily. Booms are also available in Air Foil upon request.
